Eclipse Finance Day

The Eclipse Finance Day is a great opportunity to learn how financial institutions are using and benefiting from Eclipse and open source software. This 1-day event will be held November 5th, 2013 at the Credit Suisse offices.

Eclipse Finance Day will feature two important trends: Model Driven Development and Modernization. Attendees will discover how financial institutions are using Eclipse and learn the current best practices. The event will feature speakers from leading financial institutions, like UBS, Credit Suisse and more.

The event is open to everyone working in the financial industry. Priority registration will be given to individuals that are employed by a financial institution.

NOTE: Some talks will be in English and other talks will be in German.

LEVELS:

BEGINNER
The presented topic is new to the audience or only little and superficial experience exists. This talk will mainly cover basic aspects of the topic and not go into much detail.

INTERMEDIATE
The presented topic is known to the audience, serious practical experience is expected. This talk might cover some basic aspects of the topic, but will as well go into depth and details.

ADVANCED
The presented topic is well-known to the audience, serious practical experience and a deep understanding are required. This talk will not cover basics of the topic, but will go into depth, might discuss details, compare different approaches, and so on.

ALL
The topic presented is of interest to all levels and does not require any special prior knowledge.
