In this talk Florian Kammermann will demonstrate why vert.x is the perfect fit for your microservices.

vert.x. is a toolkit for building reactive applications on the JVM.
vert.x is event driven and non blocking. The communication is done over a (distributed) eventbus. For your pleasure you can choose from multiple languages.

You will learn the basic concepts of vert.x with a lot of examples.
