Paul E. Sevinç hat an der ETH Zürich Elektrotechnik studiert (Dipl. El.-Ing. ETH) und in Informatik promoviert (Dr. sc. ETH). Zwischen Diplom und Doktorat hat er in der Schweiz und in den USA Industrieerfahrung als Software-Ingenieur gesammelt.
Mit Doodle-Erfinder Michael Näf hat Paul Anfang 2007 die Inturico Engineering GmbH gegründet, welche 2008 in die Doodle AG gewandelt wurde, deren Entwicklungsleiter er ist.
